Independent service
Busy Print Portal is an independent portal, not a government authority. Official services remain subject to the issuing authority's rules.
Account security
You are responsible for your password and OTPs. Our team will never ask for your password or OTP.
Prohibited activity
No impersonation, forged or edited documents, unauthorised record access, harmful uploads, or attempts to bypass security controls. Accounts involved in misuse may be suspended.
Plans, wallet and charges
Services unlock after plan activation. Service charges are deducted from your wallet and shown in your ledger. Charges and services may change; the current rate is shown in the panel.
Contact
Members can raise a Help Desk ticket from the panel. Others can use the support page.
